Welcome to my web site!
This web site was started mainly as an
external link to put some documents to share with MT friends that we
could not post on our forum due to its
limitations. I also had planned to add other stubum items of
interest here as well (mainly my ERISA disability insurance battle
information that anyone dealing with ERISA disability insurance would
find rather eye opening, unless you have already been enlightened to their
malevolent tactics, in which case there still may be some information
which you may find useful), but it is just so hard to find the time.
Anyhow, the items of
interest I really want to
add here are all the sites and documentation I used to deal with my
battle with my disability insurance company (let's call them "stubums
of a different color") and the current state of ERISA law, but
as
mentioned above, it is just so hard to find the time, so I believe what I
am going to do is add a page (sometime in the near future, hopefully, but don't hold
your breath because it took me over a year to get back and edit this
site, but I will try to at least add some web site links of interest
within the next couple of months or so) for the web sites I found useful and some
of the documentation that I put together that will not take a lot of
effort to edit (there is quite a bit and I would want to keep names
confidential in order to avoid any legal concerns that might arise), and
if you happen to be dealing with the difficult task of actually trying
to get your ERISA disability benefits and would like to
contact me, feel free
to do so, and I will see what else I can send your way. Actually, the
aforementioned items of interest I wanted to add here took on a life of
their own and now have their own website:
